Overview:

The Ruqua Dynasties is the second oldest and wealthiest of the Major Empires. Originally founded on the vast wealth of the Ruquanai Consortium, the Ruqua Dynasties was officially constituted in 1571AD. y is a feudal state comprised of a system of Lords of the Ruqua House who each then presideover their stellar counties.

Immigration,Naturalization & Tourism Each world has its own laws regarding visitorsto their worlds. Naturalization is a process foreign to the Dynasty Ñall persons not born on their world forever remain outsiders. Those bornthere, however, even if born to outsiders, are adopted fully into the Dynasty.Law Level The Ruqua are highly ritualisticand have a very strict set of laws which are vigorously enforced. Over thecenturies, this has evolved into a complex and extremely high level of law.Many of the laws are not obvious to the casual visitor. This high levelof law seemed to many cultures to conflict with the requirement that allsentients within their space be armed at all times and that duels for honorare considered within the bounds of the law. Visitors are advised to undergoconsiderable study of Ruqua customs before entering their space.History Initially a private business and tradeconsortium, the Ruqua have since outgrown local governments and now ruleby virtue of their economic power over their stellar members.
